• Beds for 10 people (5 bedrooms). We can provide some extra beds on request.
• Sat TV in living area and two bedrooms.
• Free Wifi (in all the house, terraces and by the pool).
• Air conditioning (in all the house except in one room where there is a ceiling fan).
• Central heating.
• Stereo system.
• Mosquito nets in all the windows of the main floor which allow you to ventilate the house avoiding mosquitos and flies.
• Balinese bed and sunbeds (for 10 people) by the pool.

• In the kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, large freezer, oven, induction cooker, nespresso, kettle, table with 10 seats.
• In BBQ area: BBQ, small fridge, gas cooker, table with 10 to 12 seats, awning.
• In laundry: washing machine, dryer, iron.

• Garage for two cars. Some other cars can also be parked in the finca.

During your stay celebrations and parties with other guests are not permitted. The Finca is only for the guests who have made the booking for their stay (up to 12 people).

Check-in

• From 16:00. If you have an early flight in the morning you can contact us to let you know if the house can be ready for you before 16:00.
• Ines will attend you to explain all necessary about the finca, inform you about interesting local places, restaurants, excursions or sport activities, or any questions that may arise.
• A damage deposit of 400 Euros is required. This deposit is refunded if there are no damages. The rental payment has to be made no later than the check-in day.

Check-out

• The house must be vacated by 10 am.
• If your departure is early in the morning, please let us know on your arrival day.
• Ines will come before leaving the house.
